Asian Cheetah
Known as more than a relative name of the place where he lives, he is known as the Iranian cheetah because it is located in most of the Iranian forests, and is known as the Indian cheetah compared to its recent occurrence in India. The Asian cheetah lives only in the middle of Iran's desert and is threatened with extinction in 2013. Only 20 cats have been identified in Iran with some of the areas studied. This type of leopard is the most fast-growing wild animal in the world, with a length of 112 to 135 cm and a tail length between 66 and 85 cm and weighs 34 to 54 and male weights are more than females. Asian leopards are located in open lands, small plains and semi-desert areas. Asian cheetahs are discovered in the desert permanently, especially in the middle of the Iranian desert.
Some of them were taken to the army in the gardens in different places.
These leopards prey on small antelopes and their main food, gazelles and wild rapes. The main reason for the extinction of this type of leopard is the lack of it. Food due to overfishing and grazing rivalry with local cattle. The study of 2012 confirmed that wild rabbits and rodents can be fed by this type of leopard and Egypt was not essential for food because of its small size and difficulty of rhythm. These leopards are permanently in low, isolated and rocky hills and live near the plains where food sources are located.
